Russ’s fifteenth studio album ‘SANTIAGO’ was released on August 18, 2023 & the albums first week sales came in over 45,979 units which was able to land him the Number 9 spot for overall sales this week. The album consisted of 3 features across 13 tracks including Rex Life Raj, Bibi Bourelly, & Justin Nozuka.

SANTIAGO first week sales are down over compared to his last two studio albums - Chomp 2 & Shake the Snow Globe which both sold around the 63,000 units mark first week. However, Russ was still able to reach the number even by not having huge features or a hit single on this recent album & this project will consistently gain streams as his catalog has grown substantially and all projects continue to maintain consistent streams on all streaming platforms.

Russ has become one of the best independent artist by working his way to the bottom of the industry and has established himself as one of the best & most consistent rapper in the music industry. He has consistently delivered on his albums along with his whole discography including EP’s and mixtapes. Projects like Zoo, There’s Really A Wolf, Pink Elephant, & Shake The Snow Globe have all lived up to the hype and exceeded anticipations.
