6ix9ine's Single "ZAZA Debuts At 90 on The Billboard Hot 100
After 6ix9ine took some time off in the rap game, he came back strong with his single “ZAZA” last week which just officially debuted at number 90 on the Billboard Hot 100. In the song he takes shots at rappers Meek Mill Lil Durk, King Von, and Durk’s cousin Nuski. The specific lyrics where he calls out Durk is “You got your gun? They caught that n***a lackin' like a b*tch They killed your cousin and your man and you still ain't do shit” sending clear shots at Lil Durk about his best friend King Von as well as Nuski and how they both got shot and Durk has done “nothing” about it yet. He also calls out rapper Meek Mill in the “ZAZA” music video taking a clip from the altercation the two had days prior to release.
After the music video was released, it was taken down by Meek Mill and Roc Nation’s lawyers, as they wrote a letter to CMG (Create Music Group asking the video to be taken down off of YouTube stating he never condoned for the video to be allowed to be used in 6ix9ine’s music video. Despite being blackballed by playlists, major platforms, radio stations & other promotions, 6ix9ine still managed to have the song debut at 90 on Billboard Hot 100. It will be interesting to see what’s next for 6ix9ine and his music as well as if he will continue to troll other rappers on the internet.
